GUIDELINES TO BOOK APPOINTMENT

Students should:
1.  log in with the Applicant Number and either the First Name or Last Name
2. proceed to the next page to answer the questions that follow
3. choose a date and time  for the appointment
4. visit the University Clinic on the scheduled date and time for the medicals
