2023 graduands of the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED), and the general public are hereby informed that the Second Congregation for the award of degrees, diplomas, and certificates to students would be held in-person, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Ceremonial Grounds of AAMUSTED, Kumasi.

The following Faculties, Institute and School would present students;

  • Faculty of Applied Sciences and Mathematics Education
  • Faculty of Technical Education
  • Faculty of Vocational Education
  • Faculty of Business Education
  • Faculty of Education and General Studies
  • Faculty of Education and Communication Sciences  (Including Study Centers: Cape Coast, Takoradi, and Techiman)
  • Faculty of Environment and Health Education
  • Faculty of Agriculture Science Education
  •  Institute of Competency-Based Training and Research
  • School of Graduate Studies

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Graduands who wish to be presented at the ceremony should log on to the AAMUSTED website: https://aamusted.edu.gh/graduation and provide the required details. Registration commences on MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2024.

Graduands at the Study Centers are to pay a Graduation Fee of GH¢400.00 into the bank account given below, and forward the pay in slip to 0246542008 for confirmation.

GRADUANDS TO NOTE

Closing date for registration is 12:00 noon, THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2024. NO registration will be accepted after the deadline. Only those who have registered would be presented at the ceremony. Presentation on the dais would, however, be limited to postgraduates, first class and distinction registered graduands. Graduands should collect their academic gowns at the Raynolds Okai Building (ROB).

Dress code for the Congregation is formal. For example, in the case of gentlemen, a tie and a shirt, preferably with a jacket.

IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WOULD NOT BE PRESENTED AT THE CEREMONY.

Graduands should be seated at the Ceremonial Grounds by 9:00 am on March 15, 2024 in their respective academic gowns. There would be accredited photographers covering the event and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs at a fee. Graduands are expected to produce their Clearance Chits and Student Identification Cards or any National Photo Identification Card to collect their Certificates.
