The Management of the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) wishes to thank all staff, students, and other stakeholders for the diverse ways everybody contributed (as individuals and as a formidable united body) towards the attainment of the University’s mandate.

We are very proud of the progress we have made. Collectively, we started the tireless efforts towards building a solid foundation for this new University. We made some remarkable progress, igniting in all of us the hope that the future of AAMUSTED, a TVET, and Entrepreneurial Development Teacher Education University is nothing but greatness.

These achievements did not come easy, but we learned to hold our own and push through the hardest of circumstances possible to maintain our walk on a thriving path. We still have a lot of work to do to achieve the ultimate target of transforming into a model university capable of meeting the high expectation of the government and the public.

Therefore, we wish to encourage staff especially to take advantage of the Christmas break (December 24, 2021 – January 3, 2022) of the University to rest, soberly reflect, and prepare themselves to offer the best of services in the coming year. We count on the staff to send the good news to all fresh WASSCE graduates that AAMUSTED’s admission process is still in progress. So, those with the requisite qualification could take advantage of the opportunity to enroll in our competitive programmes.

The management wishes to remind staff and the public of the subsistence of the fatal Covid-19 pandemic and hence encourages everybody to take caution to avoid being infected by the Coronavirus disease.

We wish you a very happy holiday season, blessed yuletide, and a peaceful and prosperous New Year.

Afehyia pa o!

Prof. Frederick Kwaku Sarfo

(Vice-Chancellor, AAMUSTED)
