Kennedy Gyimah is a lecturer of Applied Mathematics at the Akenten Appiah- Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED), Kumasi, Ghana. He holds MPhil (Applied Mathematics), B.Sc. (Mathematics) all from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana in the years 2018 and 2015 respectively. He also possesses Post Graduate Diploma in Education from University of Education, Winneba in 2019, and Certificate of Competence (CBT Facilitation, Assessment, Internal Verification and External Verification) from AAMUSTED.
His main research areas include but not limited to Mathematical Modelling with Differential Equations, Machine Learning, Computer Vision. He has over 6 years of teaching experience at the university (Part-Time and Full time) and has handled a number of courses including: Numerical Analysis, Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Calculus I& II, Trigonometry, Algebra I & II, Statistics and Probability, Business Mathematics, Quantitative Techniques and Operations Research. He also has strong experience in undergraduate student project/thesis supervision.
