I am pleased to welcome all students, faculty members and collaborators to the Faculty of Vocational Education, Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development, Kumasi. The Faculty aims at becoming a nationally and globally reputable centre recognised for vocational education and research as well as equip its students with the requisite practical and entrepreneurial skills for the world at large.

The Faculty is offering credible, high standard, industry-led, outcome-based and competitive Vocational education courses that are comparable to other programmes globally. Therefore, our programs have established, long history of providing competency-based training to our students and other stakeholders in Ghana and the sub-region.You will find our renowned faculty to be highly focused on student success. The faculty is dedicated to bringing real-life experiences into the classroom and workshop setting to enhance the learning outcomes of our students. 

Currently, the Faculty is offering BSc, MTech and MPhil programmes in both the regular and sandwich modes. It is worthy to note that the Faculty of Vocational Education is making every effort to make all students comfortable in their academic and entrepreneurial pursuits. You are therefore being encouraged to reciprocate by making the most of what the University has to offer.
