Following the existing MoU between USTED and the Middle East Technical University (METU), we are pleased to announce the call for a Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ ICM PROGRAMME.

This is opened to two (2) Senior Members (Non-Teaching) Position to participate in the 10^th International Staff Training Week themed ‘10th International Staff Week “From Experience to Excellence: Signature Sessions from 10 Years of METU Staff Week in the Era of Digital Transformation (70th Anniversary Edition) – Blended Intensive Program (BIP)”.

The details of the call are as follows:

Date: 8-12^th June, 2026

Venue: Middle East Technical University, Ankara Campus, Turkey

Prospective Applicants must;

1. be of Assistant Registrar or above position.
2. oversee international cooperation, recruitment and career offices
3. be responsible for coordination of student/staff mobility
4. be responsible for organisation of summer school
5. be in charge strategic planning
6. be working in international student support services
7. work closely with international students

The grant would provide:

1. costs of travel
2. daily sustenance allowance

Application Requirements

1. Applicants must have a valid passport
2. Applicants must have an English Proficiency Certificate
3. Applicants must be willing to cover costs of accommodation
4. Applicants must be willing to go through a selection process
5. Applicants must be willing to make presentations and actively participate in workshop debates
