I hold a Ph.D degree from the department of Management Science and Engineering in Jiangsu University, PR China. I had both masters’ and bachelors’ degrees from the department of Human Resource and Organisational Development department of KNUST School of Business and the Department of Integrated Rural Art and Industry respectively. Diploma in Education from Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development, Kumasi.

I served the department of Management Sciences of the Ho Technical University as its head from February 2021 to July 2021.

I love to conduct research mostly in the area of Sustainability, Environment Management, Environmental Economics and Human Capital.
