Dr. Mavis Adu-Gyamfi is a Lecturer at the Department of Management Studies Education in the Faculty of Business Education (FBE) at the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED). She acquired her PhD in Management Science and Engineering in 2022 from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China. She is a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC). She received her MBA in 2016 from Swiss Management Centre University (SMCU), Zug – Switzerland and Bachelor’s Degree in Management studies in 2011 from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. She has publications in reputed international journals and has also co-authored other publications too. She is a reviewer to Sage Open Journal. Her current research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, Green Human Resource, and Knowledge Management and Innovation.
Dr. Mavis Adu-Gyamfi was a Principal Administrative Assistant at the Registry of AAMUSTED and moved to the Academia after acquiring her Doctorate Degree. As part of her professional career, she believes in working with people in organizations as a team, creating and sharing new ideas, learning from each other, identifying problems and finding possible solutions. She has good human relations, she is very industrious and skilled trainer and also has a very strong personality, dynamic to innovation and ability to motivate. Furthermore, she believes in working hard to maintain good personal relations with colleagues at work and friends, and also relating to them in a polite manner without any discrimination in any way. Her hobbies are singing, reading, travelling, and watching movies.
