Dr. Courage Simon Kofi Dogbe is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED), Ghana, with extensive experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and grant acquisition. He is a prolific scholar with over 60 peer-reviewed publications indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science, demonstrating strong research impact and international visibility. His expertise spans innovation, entrepreneurship, green marketing, strategic management, and organizational performance, supported by advanced quantitative analytical skills using SPSS, AMOS, STATA, and related statistical tools.
With prior experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg and Director of Research at ResearchWorld Consult, he has successfully managed large-scale research projects from conceptualization to publication. He has also secured competitive international funding, including an ERASMUS+ grant awarded by the European Commission.
