I am a dedicated, committed, passionate, and experienced Faculty member with over 23 years of experience serving as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management Studies Education of AAMUSTED. I hold a Ph.D. from the Open University Malaysia (Accra Institute of Technology); a Master of Arts in Industrial Management from KNUST; a Bachelor of Arts (Secretaryship) from UCC, and a Diploma in Business Education from KATTC (now AAMUSTED). My research interests include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Management, and Secretarial Practice. I possess the skill to work with students to prepare them for their personal and professional success in today’s competitive world.
I have strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in teaching. I am principled and have strong interpersonal relationship skills which provides effective networking with both students and faculty members. I have held some key positions and also served on various committees at the University, such as member of the Academic Board; Vice Dean of Student Affairs; twice Head of the Management Studies Department, Chairperson of the Halls of Residence; Chairperson of the Sports Committee and member of Strategic Plan Monitoring Committee.
