Engr. Dr Albert Kotawoke Awopone is formerly the Ag. Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Technology at the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) in Ghana. He is a professional teacher with over 27 years of teaching experience, 16 of which are at the tertiary level including 4 years of teaching in further education colleges in the United Kingdom. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Pan African African University of Water and Energy Sciences (PAUWES) in Algeria He has taught at all levels of the educational system in Ghana. His area of expertise includes design, performance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis of renewable energy systems, energy management, energy efficiency, electrical installation, grid integration of RET and Electronic circuit design.
